Next door have few if any windows looking out over the building plot. They had opportunities before the current building plans, but did not take them.
It has ended them up with little way of stopping being overlooked by the new buildings.
In particular the tesco building could have had some northern lights, instead of nothing.
No wonder if Jonathon is madly mad.
