 up rather early tomorrow in order to get to the urology department for 9.30.

I think that I should aim to get to opposite the library before 8.00.

I will need to pay for the fare to Pembury hospital, though this might be maxed out at 3 or 4 pounds.  They should take cards, I hope.

I will be wearing my brand new shorts.
