pay at start of journey
I got caught out pasying at the care home for a taxi, as the wireless reception is poor or non existant. So I could not pay by card and had no cash.
Answer either to drive to a place where there is reception, and pay for that journey and the journey back to the original destination
Or the pay, at the starting point, assuming that has good reception.
