went into the ground floor lounge
I ventured into the ground floor resident's lounge and dining area, having got fed up with the small lounge which is used by the top floor residents.
Sat again at the table with the 98 year old, and had a good chat and supper. She is a remarkable lady. She talked a bit about hop picking and apple orchards as they used to be. I think the family ran some services for the farmers.
