too many able bodied eaters
The table now cannot seat all the walking diners. Indeed two ladies were unfairly pushed outside this evening.
I think the format should change, and we should have the table split into a number of smaller tables. These should then be spread out a bit. You may benefit by moving the soft drinks somewhere else nearer the serving area.
The long table reminds me of school and college dining rooms.
