Solved one of my halucinactions
Quite a number of my supposed hallucinations are sudden and short lived flashes in the gardens outside my bedroom window. I guess that I interpret them as bird movements, but then never see the culprit. It has not been a major worry, but an annoying effect.
Today I worked out what it is. Just behind the vegetation is an entrance road, and what I am seeing is typically a leaf size part of a moving car. The traffic is quite Iight, so it was only ever an occasional flash that I saw.
I think my brain is now filling up with lots of recent images, and thus reducing the annoying old hallucinations.
