one of the distinctive characters has diappeared.
He had never been very stable in character, and certainly had odd and volatile ideas about time. His father was half alive and half dead.
But one could stand chatting with him for a bit, and he seemed to be a long term resident.
He was a complainer, particularly about his ablutions. Recently he had been getting stuck in a corridor loo, which was a bit too public.
Anyway I have not seen him for almost a week. He may be recuperating from a bug which may have been going around the building, but I don't notice any other gaps.
