I don't have the right background to recognise the character
The lady rushs when walking along. Eats plenty, never needs physical help, and can talk perfectly well when she needs to. So I am baffled as to why some things are so screwy!
She does have some odd habits with her paper napkins at the dining table, which she effectively disects, and shreads, and appears to write on with either end of a fork or spoon. No ink or stain, so it does not leave any marks. It is almost a mime, or religeous act.
She may be one of the fittest and rudest occupants. I have not seen any visitors, she does not have friends in the staff, or residents at the dining table. Indeed she complains audibly about the staff, and will never thank them.
It is all so unnecessary.
I guess nobody can be bothered to tell her how to at least get better service from the staff.
I suppose I have a duty to at least try to improve the staff's situation. It will be a miracle if it has any effect.
