how do you train old people with learning disabilities.

Obviously I don't know how to describe my target.  So you will just have to work somethings out.

Do you reward successes and penalise failures?  It could a bit hit and miss.  Particularly since people may not have spotted some obvious disabilities in say sight or hearing.  You could make some awful blunders.

I think you have to have long term observations by a significant number of workers who are in daily contact with the patient.  These results are then crudely totalled up, and possibly aggregated across  observation subject, and say the top two issues taken to the next stage of investigation.  How you then deal with those two, will depend heavily on what they are.

So this is a broad brush description of something that is site specific.

i have no idea how easy or hard this will be.

I much prefer just being a loner in my quirky methods and principles.  :-(
