how do you tell someone about their stupid behaviour?
I guess ì am just starting various attempts to stop these people irritating me. Sounds a bit selfish. But maybe that is right. One needs to have a fair balance between the parties.
This feels like one of the negotiating strategies, where if someone offends, you offend back continuously until the other changes back to being nice. Do what the opponent did last move.
So telling them your reaction to their behaviour is probably the correct response.
It is more difficult if they are just wasting time, and you are able to ignore it. I guess you wait for the odd suitable incident that does annoy you.
