a slightly scruffy man is now less scruffy
We have a new occupant, who looked a bit wild to start with, but now seems a lot more sane.
I have not had any chance to talk to him yet.
Surprisingly he looks reasonablhy sane, so may there is not space on the other floors.
I am realising how the initial acclimatising can be a bit tough. Of course I have no memory of the start of my stay here. Did I go into the dining room, and get fed?
The staff have never mentioned anything, so I have no idea. My memories only start with me being totally used to the dining routine.
I probably worked out pretty soon that they were almost all worse off than me.
I may possibly have had a flash back of being taken to the dining room for the first time. But that is very vague. I certainly thought I was still in hospital, so I was used to food coming to my bed, and having an actual room for eating was way in the past.
I assume the memories are still around, but not considered of any use at the moment.
