Beech
Rob's beech tree needs to be cut down. I reckon the council will accept responsibility, but not give it much priority. It will take them a climber, a rope loped high on a main branch, a big lorry, and some free falling of the main trunk.
A days hard work of say three men on this site.
Say 5 grand?
It may just have some value, to offset the costs.
But I doubt if anyone will be in a hurry.
