I wonder if J is currently banned from driving. The car is almost never taken on the road. I see him manoeuvre the cars on the drive ways, but never more.
I guess there is a link between his op and having the uk licence removed. I guess he has to reapply. And that might be a long time off since they entered the skull.
I wonder if he thought he could still drive with whatever foreign licence he had. Dumb arse.
