Not a good session.  The lady clearly did not undetstand how their app was being used by ebay, which caused me to go for help.  Her tgreats were pathetic.

She did eventually accept that I had not myself accessed their app directly.

The main point I had not realised is that you cannot have two phones able to pay out of your account.  Setting up a new one automatically deletes the previous one.

Not sure where this would be spelled out.
